Net Type Bagging Machine

A net bagging machine weighs the product independently to the bag. The discharge clamp is a separate construction to the weigh bin, which means that, as the operator fits a bag to the bottom discharge clamp, the product has already commenced filling to the target weight. This produces superior final bag accuracy and greater bagging rates per minute than gross bagging machines.

The unit is totally electronic from the load cells to the weigh indicator, which allows seamless interfacing with on-site computer management systems, if required.

Semi-Automatic Bagging Systems use a preformed bag which the operator takes from a roll and applies to the discharge area of the system. Bulk Bagging System:-

BRIEF PRODUCT DESCRPTION: Our bag filling system designed to accept various products, allowing users more flexibility to utilise the system to bag a broader range of materials. Standard systems include a hopper with the capacity to hold 7 tonnes of Aggregate, belt conveyor and filling frame. The channelled arms on the bag filling frame are designed to accept sleeved bulk. Once filled the bag can be removed with ease by using a fork lift truck.

SUITABLE FOR FILLING: Aggregates and Rock Salt.

THROUGHPUT: 200 in an hour. Product and Operator dependant.

POWER REQUIREMENT: 3 Phase 16A earthed 5 pin commando socket.

Bagging Machine:-

SYSTEM OPERATION:-

At the start of the process the weigh hopper is empty. The operator places the bag onto the spout & depresses a button. On depressing the button the following sequence of events take place.

The pneumatic arm automatically clamps the bag. The weight of the empty weigh Hopper is automatically tarred (zeroed) off from the system. The sector gates open & filling Starts – allowing materials to flow into the weigh hopper. On achieving the 80 % of target weight the coarse feed gate is closed & then material is fine fed up to 98 % & then superfine of 2% to achieve the target. Closing the superfine fine feed gate above the weigh hopper stops the filling operation.

Next the weigh hopper opens & discharges the pre-weighed material into the bag. On achieving the empty condition of the weigh hopper the bottom discharge valve of the weigh hopper closes and the process of filling the weigh hopper starts immediately. The material thus weighed is kept ready to be discharged to the bag spout once the operator is ready to receive the material.

A visual alarm is provided to indicate the bag filling over to the operator. Then the bag gets automatically decamped & moves to the stitching station. The control unit is placed adjacent to the filling unit. The operator is provided with a local push button station to start the operation. There is no necessity for regular interaction between the operator & the control panel. The control unit is provided with facility to count the no. Of bags & the total quantity filled in the bags (cumulative value & batch value).

We provide electronic microprocessor based weighing and bagging machines for high speed automatic weighing and bagging of variety of materials such as fertilizers, food grains, sugar, rice, cattle feed, granules, cereals, coal, coke, chemical powder, flour, flakes, soda ash, etc.

Our net weigher is a versatile bagging machine used to fill 25 to 100 kgs. Of powdery and granular materials. It is designed to work with free flowing, granular and powdery bulk products in weight range above 20 kgs. The weighing container is suspended from two weighing cells and forms an automatic system for weighing a fixed weight values. The digital electronics contain all the switching points required for the weighing and bagging.

The tare weight of the weighing system can be checked automatically & corrected by automatic zero taring. Thus, any deposit of dust or product has no effect on the weighing accuracy. After each weighing, the target weight deviation is displayed. When there are deviations outside the desired tolerance range, mainly due to varying flow characteristics of the product, the automatic dribble setting device enables automatic correction of the fineflow cutoff point.

Our machines are designed and manufactured adopting the latest technological developments in the field of accurate weighing. The weighing and bagging machines are available in different models like gravity/belt/screw feeder or vibrating feeder tray.
